Competent, with clients
but coaching in isolation.

You hit moments in sessions you're unsure about. A stuck client. A scope line. Your own reaction in the room. Right now those questions have nowhere to go.

01

No thinking partner

Session, ethics, and scope questions with no structured place to land.

02

Blind spots, by definition

Over-functioning, rescuing, colluding with a client's avoidance — invisible from inside your own practice.

03

The depth gap

Sharp, high-functioning ADHD clients your current toolkit doesn't reach.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Develop the coach. Build the business around how you work.

One monthly retainer, two threads running through it. Both happen in the same relationship, so what we learn about your coaching shapes how we build your practice.

Coaching skill development

Supervision & mentoring

A regular reflective space for the sessions that stay with you — with someone who understands the ADHD brain and high-performer psychology at a clinical level.

Session consultation — the stuck client, the session that went sideways, the client who out-thinks you, worked through together.

Blind-spot work — your patterns and reactions reflected back, so you get better instead of just reassured.

Credential support  The ongoing relationship positions the BCC supervisor recommendation, for those pursuing it.

The spine of the work

Brain- & heart-aligned business

Practice & business consulting

The consulting side of running an ADHD coaching business — designed around what actually interests you and how your brain actually works, then built out so it runs.

Your ideal client, mapped — who you're built to coach, where your depth, interest, and the market meet.

The build-out — the components that make those services run: intake forms, assessment tools, tech and platforms, workflows.

Services that fit you — offers structured to work commercially and suit how you actually work.

Woven through the retainer

"I don't need another certificate.
I need someone to actually develop me."

The expert and the person with ADHD are the same person.

Let's take a look at it together.

A strategy call is a single working session — bring a challenging case, an ADHD coaching topic to dissect, or a business question to dive into. You'll leave with something you can use, and a clear sense of whether ongoing support is the right next move.
