About Dr. Eliza
I'm a cognitive psychologist and board-certified coach. I spent years researching how attention, decision-making, and meaning actually work in the brain — then built a practice translating that science into support for high-performing professionals with ADHD. The researcher and the person with ADHD are one lens, trained on the same problem.

Research first — then the reason it matters.
I always knew I wanted to study and work with ADHD. That's why I pursued a PhD in cognitive psychology — to understand how 'normal' brains work so I could see, precisely, how ADHD brains like ours work differently. My research spanned attention, decision-making, meaning, and communication, and my dream was to use eye-tracking as a covert diagnostic tool, one more way to catch the differences behind a condition that's both under- and over-diagnosed.
Unlike most women with ADHD, I was diagnosed early — at seventeen, during a stretch when everything was peaking at once. I was being recruited for Division I gymnastics while juggling a full load of AP classes, and I hit a ceiling. They first read it as depression and anxiety. It was ADHD. I didn't take the diagnosis seriously until graduate school, around twenty-two, when I finally recognized my own brain in the research and got the coaching and support that changed how I worked.
"There were too many things incongruent between how my brain worked and academia. I knew it was a setup for failure — and I couldn't let it go that way again."
I'd been fired from every job I held before academia. So I built the thing that fit: Neural Revolution, a multi-coach practice for high-performing professionals with ADHD — entrepreneurs, executives, directors, people learning to work with their brains instead of against them. And as I grew it, I kept seeing the same gap I now supervise coaches to close: training hands you a certificate and sends you off, with nowhere to take your hardest cases and no honest help building a practice that fits how you actually work.
That gap is also why I co-founded ADDvance — the only ADHD coaching conference built just for coaches, by coaches. Supervision is the ongoing version of the same conviction: coaching is a relational profession, and it deserves the same reflective support that keeps any relational practitioner sharp, ethical, and growing.
Research & expertise
What the PhD actually brings to the room.
A clinical, evidence-based read on the ADHD brain — how attention, executive function, and motivation actually operate. It's what lets you coach from the science underneath the certificate, with real depth behind every move you make.

The Neural Revolution Coaching Model
How the science becomes a life someone can actually live.
Out of the research and years of practice, I developed the Neural Revolution Coaching Model — the arc I use to help ADHDers move from understanding their brain to building a life around it. I share it with the coaches I work with as a living reference point for the real work: sharpening your agility, refining your judgment, and adapting the model to the client in front of you. It stays in motion, the way good coaching does.
Step 01
Psychoeducation
What ADHD actually is — the actual mechanics of the brain, past the myths and the deficit framing.
Step 02
Self-discovery
How it applies to me. How my brain works, what actually matters to me, and how I work best.
Step 03
Life design
The life I want to live — and the supports that get me there, built around my ADHD rather than against it.
